Hi guys.
Just a little note about the whole oil thing (taking evening primrose daily and occasionally rubbing in eye area). Stick with it, it does work along side a healthy diet and LOTS of water. Also, look at how much sleep you are getting. I was tired all the time with dark circles, so I went to bed earlier. IT GT WORSE. I was having too much sleep. So now, I don't go to bed before about 10 if I'm up early, 11 when I'm up at 7 for the school run. You would not believe what a difference this has made. I looked at my diet too, I'm telling you this because I ate a lot of the wrong foods, too much carbs and foods with sugar in. These left my skin looking bad and me feeling lethargic.
So, just be mindful. Taking all these into consideration will help to have lovely glowing skin. I am now on detox. Water, green veg, chicken, fish etc. few weeks of this and I will look AMAZE lol xxx
