Beauty Tip -

Hi guys, hope everyone had a lovely weekend.  Back to it now, work, healthy eating, lots of water etc. 

so.....the beauty tip is:
Take 2 evening primrose oil capsules and one cod liver oil capsule a day, drink plenty of water and every few days burst an evening primrose capsule and massage into the under eye area to help reduce lines and dark circles.  Will take a while to show the effects but definitely worth it xxx

I love MAC (as you know).........Well, I attended a makeup seminar at Selfridges in Manchester.  The host was THE legend James Molloy.....I LOVE him.  He created some amazing looks.  My fave was a look using Uninterrupted eye shadow and a gorgeous pressed powder
